Service Arrangements
We have a recruiting service package
to meet any need. Clients may choose the type of engagement arrangements
depending on their needs and preferences.
Contract Recruiting:
Whether you need candidate sourcing, interviewing, process facilitation,
background checking, negotiating offers, processing offer paperwork, hiring manager consultation or all of the above, our contract recruiting
arrangement can be customized to fit your needs. This arrangement is temporary in nature and not a permanent addition to your
headcount. This method provides clients with a dedicated recruiter
to work on their projects exclusively on an hourly basis with all leads
and work products included in the delivery of client satisfaction.
Contingency
Search: In-depth searches are conducted but fees
are not paid until a presented candidate is hired.
Fees are a percentage of the candidates first year's annual
compensation and client satisfaction is secured through our
guarantee period. Our agreement is available upon
request. |
